Ingredients:
- 2 ounces lime juice
- 1 ounce grapefruit juice
- 1/2 ounce light cream
- 1-1/2 ounces white rum
- 1/2 ounce green curacao
- 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup*
- 1/2 ounce honey
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients in a blender along with a cup of crushed ice.Turn blender to whip.
Pour over ice cubes in a 15 ounce glass.
To make this a true "Hawaii Kai Treasure", you can garnish the drink with a gardenia or cattleya flower and insert a small pearl among the petals.
